Salia is the Senior Intensive Case Manager at the Center for Immigrants and Immigration Services (CIIS). Mr. Sirleaf holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Liberia, a Bachelor of Laws from the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law, University of Liberia, Monrovia, Liberia in West Africa, and a Master of Laws from the University of Denver College of Law, now Sturm College of Law, University of Denver, in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Sirleaf practiced law in Liberia for several years before relocating to the United States. He is one of the co-founders of the Center for Immigrants and Immigration Services (CIIS). Mr. Sirleaf has served as the Senior Intensive Case Manager at CIIS since 2017, working to help to meet the basic needs survivors of torture, asylum seekers, asylees refugees, immigrants, and newcomers seeking refuges and protection in Colorado, USA.
